SUMMER ACTIVITIES

The Bardufoss Region is located well above the Arctic Circle, and our summer season is short but sweet. Not too rarely we experience fresh snow as late as the beginning of June! Despite the intense spring and summer, we are blessed with the midnight sun. The midnight sun brings with it joy and vitality, and the harsh winter is instantly forgotten. Naturally, the summer months are characterized by outdoors activities. The bright summer nights erase the distinction between night and day, and both humans and wildlife need less sleep in the summer. You are most welcome to experience the lively Bardufoss Region in the summer season!
